Orders are confirmed via email after payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors or stock issues.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery across the UK takes 3–5 working days.

We currently offer free delivery, but charges may apply in certain cases.

Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers are not our responsibility.

3. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
